This is the paw of our tiniest foster. This is what it looks like under ultraviolet light. And that green spot you’re seeing is ringworm.
We have one other cat that is also positive for ringworm under the light.
In 8 years this is the first time we’ve had fosters come down with ringworm. It’s nothing but trouble.

Is that like a cat thing only or can our limbs also glow like that to find ringworms?
The fungus itself is fluorescent at that wavelength so you can definitely see it on humans exactly the same way.
For a cat you generally want to treat with an oral antifungal like Itrafungol. But for humans a topical cream with Clotrimazole like Lotrimin AF is usually a better choice
