I just deleted her email address from her contact card in my phone and then deleted the picture. No issues since.

Apparently you can also force your chosen image on other people’s devices when you call them.
My ex-wife’s contact keeps updating itself to a “glamour shot” she took of herself. Not really something I want to see. I just deleted her email address from her contact card in my phone and then deleted the picture. No issues since.
