Thank you very much for your continuous support of hololive production.

We would like to inform you that hololive production’s Akai Haato will be taking a break from all activities to recuperate and prioritize her health upon consultation with her family due to her current mental state.

In light of this matter, it has come to our attention that, in addition to statements made by Akai Haato being taken out of context and inappropriately circulated online as rumors, other talents, including those that have been mentioned by name on-stream, are being subjected to the arbitrary exaggeration and selective extraction of information as well as offensive behavior and defamation based on mere speculation.

This conduct significantly harms the talent’s reputation and affects their mental well-being, actions which cannot be taken lightly. In particular, we are witnessing numerous comments of bullying taking place, leading to quotes from her streams being misinterpreted and misconstrued.

We recognize that certain comments by Akai Haato on her livestream were made in a state of mental instability. Therefore, we have removed any streams containing such comments and are continuing to remove any related illegal copies of these videos.

In line with company policy regarding such conduct, we are continuing to take strict civil and criminal action, including enforcing legal measures that require the disclosure of sender information and filing lawsuits as necessary. We urge everyone to refrain from engaging in any conduct that may be considered inappropriate or offensive.

We also ask that fans refrain from attempting to directly contact any hololive production talents on stream or via social media regarding this matter. However, if you do happen to witness any inappropriate behavior, please report it to us using the following form.

    I hope she’ll be able to recover properly this time as the last time she took a break wasn’t exactly easy for her. Regardless of how this goes and how long it takes, her health is the important part.

      Not that surprising since keeping up with everyone is kind of impossible at this point. I just wish catching up on news didn’t involve sudden sadness like this. It’s surprisingly rare all things considered but still.

    Man… I just found out about the whole thing about the stream from two days ago, and regardless of what was true or false, she’s definitely not in a good spot and needs help.

    Hopefully she gets the help she needs and can find peace, whether she wants that to be within Hololive or not.

    I’m glad that Cover decided to only force her to take a break. What she said on stream was really bad. Would be understandable if Cover had taken a stricter action. But they didn’t as that would be A Bad Idea.

    Also being selfish and obvious definitely-not-a-gachikoi, but I hope she gets to hang out with kson, despite the busy-ness (not real English, sue me) kson will be in because of her offline event.

                Right, so more or less astrology or divination but with numbers instead. That’s grossly simplified probably, but, sorry, that does not sound like hard, legitimate evidence to me.

      It has been a rough time for multiple holo members seems like. We had Nene feeling down, Haachama breakdown, Miko being attacked and dealing with her own stuff, Niko losing her cat. That’s just off the top of my head, I might be forgetting someone.

      I’m just glad Cover learned from past situations and seem to have things under control (as much as they can as an employer, anyway). I don’t think they’d be able to deal with this a few years ago.

          Yeah, she posted about it a few days ago. Her cat was breathing weirdly so she took it to a vet but they weren’t able to save it. She took it pretty hard and said she’ll be talking to her manager, presumably to take a break from activities for a bit.

      Was she? I thought people just made the connection because she was talking about people holding parties.
