Having really hard time converting Kindle books lately, especially since last time I tried this, the deDRM plugin couldn’t handle the newest Kindle for PC versions. Is there an easy way that doesn’t involve getting a physical Kindle device? Does the Android thing work?

Google Play Books allows publishers to set the DRM policy. Some titles are not protected and can be just downloaded as EPUB. For the DRMed books, it can send them to Adobe’s ebook reader/sync app, which (last I checked) can be decrypted by the Calibre deDRM plugin.

Last time Clock was interesting was in the Windows 3.0 days. Windows 11 clock is just beyond meh.

Since Windows these days can’t be arsed to have an analog clock with second hand (which is what I need for properly setting clocks on all of the devices that don’t have internet access), I just made one myself one day.

Good point. “Downloadable Content” is therefore a bit redundant, is it not? (also “expansion pack” sounds exciting, and “downloadable content” sounds like corpo slop, as the kids say these days)

Microsoft Plus! for Windows 95. And it wasn’t “DLC” because it was a physical disc. We need to bring back the term “expansion pack” to avoid ambiguity.
