What is the pro2 you’re referring to here?
I’m still using an old PS4 Dual Shock, as I prefer its ergonomics to the Microsoft one… But I have to say the rechargeable AA’s of Microsoft are a big plus.
Have another play session with my partner planned tonight! We play with all kinds of mods and the sheer amount of them means that we’re nowhere near to having done and seen everything yet! Especially with the new content update that came out a couple months ago, which is amazing in itself, honestly.
While there’s something to be said for Android vs iPhone from an ideological standpoint, that also doesn’t apply for KDE and Gnome, both of which are OSS, bay-bee

Retraining keeps the brain young, my friend!
Fwiw, I agree with you, but written text does need some benefit of the doubt regarding inflection and intention, sometimes.
Here’s a link to my current setup with Total. (My actual home home screen is the sixth image, I can’t seem to alter image order on Pixeldroid…)
Is it the one called “waiting”?
So I’ve been using Total Launcher for a while now. Not open-source at all, but it is the most customisable I’ve found.
I made a unique launcher that way that’s completely suited to my tastes. I’ve had the vague plan to share it, but the work involved hasn’t made me do it yet…
Here’s some screen shots, though. I made it in order to have as much space to see the wallpaper as possible—I have a directory filled with nice wallpapers and I change them randomly every hour with Tasker.
I wonder if that’s been fixed yet. You’d think so…
I dunno… I also see a Pixel 6 for about 40€ more. Which is also supported by LineageOS, at least. Seems a better buy, but I’m not too well-informed here. What do you think?
I see a refurbished q28gb model for €210 on a website here… But the Pixel 3 is six years old by now. Is that a good price for this phone? I have a Huawei Mate 10 pro which is starting to act up, but that’s only a year older.
Ooh, looks interesting. Though the size would be a disadvantage to me—I can imagine some situations where using an ereader is acceptable where a phone would not be, and other people won’t be able to tell them apart this way.
I do love OSMand, it is easily the app I have used and depended on the most in the past ten-ish years.
There’s hundreds of us! Hundreds!
But hey, apparently that’s enough, I haven’t been bored on Lemmy yet. And as the enshittification of Reddit continues there might well be some other exodus.
I really like it, it has a good bunch of configuration options which is something I always really appreciate.
I haven’t heard of this text game emulator, what is that?
I do enjoy these writeups. Really makes the project come alive.
