It’s a necessary evil sadly. The internet is so overrun with bots that if there wasn’t a captcha or those cloudflare “click here to pass” buttons, the internet would implode.

It’s absolutely positioned to be a cheap AI PC. Mac Studio started gaining popularity due to its shared RAM, Nvidia responded with their home server thing, and now AMD responds with this.

It being way cheaper and potentially faster is huge. the bad news is that it’s probably going to be scalped and out of stock for some time.

Well, emators are mostly CPU-bound and the Snapdragon 8 Elite is a surprisingly powerful chip. It’s doable with a flagship phone.

Almost all the modern flagships have this garbage glass panel on the back that’s slippery and can break when dropped. I just don’t get it.

From what I understand Discord’s screensharing was fixed on the Canary version (which is the beta version of Discord) but not yet in the stable package. Try installing that and trying it out.

I was just about to say this, it’s a game changer. Some OEMs (Android variants) even have options in the settings to set animation speed or disable them.

Speaking of, if your older phone is ever laggy or feels unresponsive, disable animations entirely. It made my phone feel brand new with how quickly it goes in and out of apps.
