Picture-in-picture is one of those things that should only happen when I explicitly ask for it, in my opinion.

Yes. It belies the fact that they don’t want to think about anything past surface-level reactionary takes.
That might be the only thing, actually.
We’re trending in the right direction but we’re not at all in a position to be saying we’re better than anyone on that front, given how much industry pushback there’s been.
Has the US ever been ahead of any of its peers when it comes to consumer rights?
Very true; I don’t oppose the idea of a Pride Month. I just respond to corporate allyship with the same way the corps regard any marginalized group - indifference.
Sorry, I was a little defensive because some others seemed to think I was arguing with you. Your explanation made sense, though.
That’s kind of insane. From the name I think it’s safe to assume they’re angling for some military contracts.
From this comparison, I would guess they chose the G99 to cut costs, as the 1300 was announced two months earlier and beats or matches the G99 in every category, including battery life (which is the only thing it seems to be good at).
I 100% agree with you, but I don’t think the alternative is hate (for most corporations, anyway…); I think the actual attitude for most big corps is indifference. They just don’t give a shit about any group other than potential customers.
Aha. See, that explains the disconnect. Thank you.
I’m not… correcting you, I’m just explaining that I never hear anyone pronouncing tour such that it rhymes with either pronunciation of sewer.
Drainage system = soo-er
Person who sews = soh-er
Exploring a place, with or without a guide = tohr
That’s typically how I hear those pronounced. Idk, I get the sense that some think I’m trying to correct the OP when I’m just trying to figure out how the hell something is pronounced.
Whoa what? I’ve never heard anyone pronounce tour as tu-er. At that point you might as well slap an umlaut on that bad boy
I’ve never heard anyone pronounce “tour” as rhymes with “sewer” in English. Perhaps in other languages?
Bore rhymes with tour… no?
Feel like that’s as correct as we can get, as Americans.
I’m just not sure about the color, is all.
Plus, since the winters are mild, more of the larva/eggs hatch, creating a positive feedback loop…
What?
