  • Well, excluding the part of him being 29 and her 17, he seems to be pretty ok. Has a positive influence on your sister, pays bills. So he isn’t freebooting. Even your parents like him.

Your only problem with him is: you don’t like him.

I get that. Sometimes you just don’t like a guy for no apparent reason and his presence alone is infuriating. So you are the problem here.

You seem to be too young to move out, so you either learn to live with that or you will have a bad time. Try to build a connection with him. Doesn’t have to be super deep. He doesn’t have to be your new big brother. It’s enough to reach the “roommate” level of friendship.

I tried to recruit a friend of mine but the moment I tried to explain instances to him, he zoned out. I wouldn’t call it non-user friendly, but it’s not as simple and dumbed down like other social media is.

Also roughly a year ago there have been a couple of articles thrown around on Twitter and certain subreddits which wrote about CP stuff going on on Mastodon. So the Fediverse had some bad press. Which is rich coming from the site that allowed people like Violentacrez to fester.

  • The game fucks with you. You start thinking you being the hero in the story. But you keep doing more and more fucked up shit, justifying it all because the main character is blended by his sense of justice…aaaaaand a pretty heavy psychosis.

One of the most well known parts for example: You know these cool levels in CoD, when you see the battlefield from above with an infrared camera and shoot at targets on the ground? You do something similar here too. Just to see later that you just burned a refugee camp to the ground with phosphorus bombs. You get to see the whole horrific mess you just orchestrated.

Your teammates also make a lot of comments that only make sense later, when you figure out that you have lost your mind and talked to people who aren’t there, etc. probably to cope with the shit you are doing.

    I can’t recommend this enough.
