uninstall the Facebook app. you can still access it through your mobile web browser, but without the app you have more steps between you and it that givez your conscious brain more time to stop.

do you have an old phone sitting around? you could remove all your time sink apps and install a pod ast app there, to remove temptations.

for fireTV, look up how to install smart tube, it’s a YouTube frontend with out ads and built in sponsorblock. you will need to activate developer mode for the install.
