You have to wonder what idiot thought this was a good idea. It just means people will grab a soda and not pay for it.
Get ready for more of this as companies start leaning more heavily on trash AI.
Look at the right side of the photo. The pins don’t line up and the plastic extends longer than the slot opening.
I think OP is upset that it says he has to be there when it arrives. Makes me wonder if it’s related to what they ordered, or if there’s been a lot of deliveries stolen from the neighborhood recently.
I wonder if saving the website as an app would work around this restriction?
Google made a deal with Reddit so they artificially push their results to the top. I don’t even know if Google indexes any of the fediverse sites. The mere fact that the fediverse is fragmented probably means hits are spread across sites, lowering the results in the rankings (ten sites with one customer click thru vs one site with ten customer click thrus).

Magic Lasso. Ghostery. Both decent ad blockers for iOS.
And if you’re using the built in web browser, there’s reader mode that gets rid of most of this crap.
🤷♂️ if gaming helps to subsidize news coverage, that’s a good thing.
What made this happen? Shitty programming stuffed to the gills with unnecessary frameworks, JavaScript tracking nonsense and code spread among multiple servers all trying to render a simple grid of video thumbnails.
I don’t blame the programmers as much as the marketing droids that have ruined the internet at this point.
