Umm … no. Raid 0 is a hold over from an earlier era when some programs needed mulitiple drives to act as one. It has no redundancy. There is very limited use for Raid 0 with modern drive sizes and most of them are in research where gigs of data are generated with a 10s experiment. If a single drive goes down in Raid 0 the whole volume is lost.

The Raid setup you are describing is Raid 1 (full backup) or 5 (distributed backup). Raid 0 for gaming is worse JBOD. Though the faster read times might mater for HDDs.

Edit: Further reading of your system setup looks custom and amounts to manual Raid 1 over Raid 0+JBOD. It’s also extremely high maintenance. If it works good on you but you could offload your data temporarily and configure the majority of your drives into Raid 6 to drastically reduce your maintenance level and stability/parity.

Butter was a luxury prior to 150 years ago limited to a hard 20 mile radius of milk farms. 10 if you wanted it to taste good. Refrigeration changed this.

Sugar was similarly limited due to either trade with the far east or the establishment of colonies in the west indies. Russia didn’t have a sugar source until sugar beets in the late 1850s.

Most regional European cuisines were developed in the 1700s with the introduction of Tomatoes and Potatoes from the Americas. Both of the spices called out were still luxuries at the time.

The non-KFC surface of the earth testifies to the fact.

We don’t want to be the arbiter we just kinda got stuck with it cause no one else was left. If you could all not kill each other for 50 years we would really appreciate it.

Everyone keeps arming bombers and shooting boats. This is kinda a no-no for us. Could ya not. We really don’t want to get involved in regional shit.

Chicken Curry is the most popular British dish as of about 10 years ago and It’s only gotten better since then.

It’s like a US state dish but given the size and population that’s fair. Even more important it’s good.

It’s also been developing for about 100 years. It’s the British/Indian equivalent of Pizza. And It’s beautiful.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who truly hate’s this meme. I’ve had to listen to so many fucking gaming and entertainment channels that have run this cause the religious community is fucking idiots. Profiteering doesn’t mean shit if you spread their message of hate and repression.

Which was riven with civil wars and rebellions from a lot the groups currently fighting each other, or in a near constant state of war with one neighbor or another. The ethnic and cultural conflicts in the region go back several millennia. The borders that the declining European empires set up where just their attempt to turn ongoing conflicts to their own benefit.

Europe/Western World is really just in an unnatural state of peace since it’s still kinda shell shocked from WW1 & 2.

Rome wasn’t the most powerful empire, merely the third longest lasting; the Assyrians and Egyptians had a run that puts Rome to shame, and the Khans wielded far more power than any individual emperor.

The US is just the only world power left in modern time that could deploy anywhere within 24 hrs with more than just a strike force (and they can do so far far harder than any previous “empire”). The US “empire” is based on deployment potential, banking, and diplomacy. Nukes are just the key required to gain entry to the table so you don’t get wiped at deployment.

Bricks is literally the alliance trying to match US power and still hasn’t. This is mostly a barrier to entry problem rather than personal power, but it does stand that no previous empire could match the modern US in millitary, finance, or diplomacy.

But hey give it 50 years we are doing our best to shit on two of those.
