10 years ago it was a common discussion on the gaming forums
Legends say one day Miyazaki Al-Gaib will grace us with a pc version with unlocked fps.
I somewhat understand what you are talking about but the buggy and poorly maintained Elite Dangerous isn’t the best example to support your argument. BG3 getting a pass on some features for the series S is exactly what other games should be able to do if it makes sense for them.
Authoritarianism is an empty label since it’s used against one’s opposing ideologies. Rarely if ever is the inherent authoritarianism of the current or any system of government acknowledged.
It’s much better to deliver useless projects afterall.
Guess it’s been enough time for people to be nostalgic for the yellow/grey era of gaming.
I’m not sure if the competence porn is justified in this case. She’s clearly meant to be an RPG character at the end of their adventure (and consequently apex of their power), it makes sense to me she’s overpowered. There’s a reason most TTRPGs stop at a a certain level and sometimes even have rules and instructions for retiring.
Psychopass had an interesting premise but I ended up feeling like the author didn’t know where to take it.
Maybe we are, but someone has to be watching this trash right? Like why do they enjoy having so much of it?
Perfect title, just need a poster with the generic protagonist surrounded by his harem
Yes, there’s a lot of very good stories that have that basic setup, I’m just tired of how lazy and unimaginative most of it is.
They also predicted 9/11.
Steam has support for this (and many games use it). As far as I know it’s just a matter of the developers using it.
Battle for Wesnoth is my go to Linux for a decade at this point. Free fantasy turn based strategy game with fun campaigns.
Time to milk it out with terrible spin offs and horny OVAs! Also need the obligatory terrible anime fighter.
They are out of money after some Saudi investment money didn’t go through, so now they need to cut costs to stay afloat.
This is barely anything compared to the cut they take from every steam sale
It’s a shame they focused on making a impressive tech demo and forgot that it had to be a fun game.
I wish more people understood this: Riot’s anti-cheat isn’t perfect and you can find how to cheat online fairly easily actually, but you have to jump over so many hoops and spend a fair amount of cash to do it (depending on method) that it’s basically an exercise for motivated hackers that want to prove a point, not your script kiddie that wants easy wins.
