You’re right, it installed without problem on Chrome, I’m writing this from wefwef
This is why you should support any surviving local theaters that aren’t chains. Monopolies aren’t created solely by the companies but with the help of the consumers too

Still didn’t work on Firefox though
Doesn’t work for me. I have Android and I used DuckDuckGo initially but there wasn’t any install option, then I used Firefox and clicked Install from the settings while I was on the homepage and on the settings/install page but neither did anything, they just moved me to the app launcher (my home screen).

Don’t overthink it, it’s a natural long term process, you don’t need to create a complete rice in one go.
Personally I’d recommend Arch since it’s a good way to “disillusion” yourself from what your system comprises of, because you have to consciously choose many components at installation, especially if you choose a simple WM instead of a full DE.
It’s easy to be overwhelmed but you shouldn’t, it’s very enjoyable to just tweak things now and then and keep improving everything over time.
I missed a few days and I’m still clueless about what’s going on
This must be why lemmy.world has so much more recent posts than sh.it.justworks, I was really let down by Lemmy while I was there but I’m finally seeing activity after switching to lemmy.world
No, the Desktop Environment (KDE, DE stands for Desktop Environment).
Kubuntu is a separate thing, it’s Ubuntu with KDE preinstalled.
KDE Neon on the other hand, is an ubuntu based distro from what I understand, I’ve never used it though.
