Yeah, dude tried to open his own personal Netflix and is surprised it got taken down.

From post history he managed to keep it up for less than a month.

I’m betting by “friends” he meant either online friends he’s never met, or people he wanted to impress.

So they gave zero fucks and handed it out to more people. Like, just the idea that you’re giving it to so many people that you actually buy a domain?

There’s a reason everyone isn’t already doing it already.

    considering they’re used server parts.

That really should be in the title…

I dunno, I’m one of those people who never stops using a drive until it breaks, and they never really break anymore. Oldest in my current PC is probably 20 year old HDD.

So yeah, these probably are fine and will still last a long time. But for like $20 more you don’t have to worry about losing the data on it.

    Edit:

Apparently prices just haven’t changed in half a decade or longer? I knew prices went up for COVID, assumed they went back down at some point.

  • Why would you see that for a full day no one had clarified what they asked for…

And then demand I answer it without still saying what you think theyre asking for?

I don’t know if you’re trolling or honestly dont see the issue, but it really doesn’t matter.

Because when you act like that tacking on a “please” doesn’t count as being polite.

  • Some of them are in parables, and others are of the old law back before there was hope for salvation in Christ. If

    That would almost matter …

If Christians weren’t constantly saying they need to pass laws everyone has to follow based on that old shit…

When you pick and choose and say some have to be followed, but the ones you disagree with don’t.

It’s what’s called “hypocrisy” in the modern world.

You can’t claim some stuff you’re forced to make others follow, and other stuff is outdated and we can’t hold it against you

    Gotta pick a lane champ

  • Bruh, the Bible says if you even think a family member is considering any other option than Christianity, it’s you’re duty to stop them, even if it means killing them.

    Blood is thicker than water.

Is a biblical phrase, the full thing is:

The blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb.

It means you’re supposed to put any other Christian, and Christianity as a whole, over family.

Up to and including pulling an Abraham and murdering family members for not believing exactly the same shit.

  • The issue is lots of countries (including America) let scammers spoof a real life number.

So you get a spam call from a random local number block it because it was spam, but the scammers just use another number and all you’ve done is block a random number that’s owned by an actual individual or will be soon.

It’s all based on laws from decades ago and not accounting for modern tech

I saw a graphic of how big the “blind spot” is in front of modern trucks and it was bigger than most giant construction equipment.

And that’s for an average height driver.

Most of the huge truck guys also happen to be well under the average height, so entire reasonable size cars disappear in front of them when they tailgate. They might see the roof, but they won’t see brake lights or taillights.

It’s flat out not safe for other people. Which is why we have people driving giant SUVs instead of minivans now. Which just makes it worse for everyone else.
