And with the masses comes enshitificafion.
The money goes to Linux, then all the proprietary trash makes its way to Linux, along with the money.
That will choke out the FOSS tools that we’ve long enjoyed.
And we’re right back to square one.
Let the masses have their trash, lest they ruin yet another good thing for us.
Oh neat! Thanks - I had no idea this was a thing
Do you have !w aliased for whois?
Oh great, so they can rugpull and the fans of the game get screwed twice…
Nazis back Nazis… More at 11
I’m using Omarchy
So just slopcode your dotfiles… Omarchy is just slopcode so what’s another layer on top of it?
If I’m forced to support it, Arch… It’s really not that difficult to use, and I’ll be damned if I have to remember all the Debian stuff 😂
Why is he holding a banana and a spear in his hand now? 🤣
Yeah my b, I thought I was in a different community here 😅 . I fully agree that paid-for services should be properly categorized and correctly populated with complete metadata.
Same as it ever was. Maybe you’re too young to have experienced the mess of p2p filesharing networks like Gnutella and KaZaA.
anti-cheat
Aren’t those all rootkits?
I think it’s in the view menu, or in folder options somewhere. I only really use Windows at work these days so I can’t check it right now. But yeah, you can turn on extensions. It used to be one of the first things I did on a Windows install.
Big Lisa Frank energy
That’s an oxymoron of its own.
I still don’t get why this is the default, and why people don’t change it when they install. It’s been a detriment of the OS since day one, and changing that one thing alone probably could have saved so many people over the decades.
Dafuq? It takes like no time to install arch lol. Dotfiles I guess takes a bit but anybody could just AI Slop something if they wanted…
I thought that distro was just AI Slop? People are actually using it?
Your contacts weren’t always on WhatsApp, stop using it and if they want to talk to you enough they’ll join a better platform. Maybe just keep sending them links every day about how trash WhatsApp and Meta are until they get the point lmao
Not even close lol. The sooner we stop using meta shit the better.
1st and 4th image? I only see three, unless you include the yuguoh image in which case the fourth is Winalp which doesn’t have a CD animation at all…
