The OP meme is mocking the Taliban for their lack of money. The Taliban don’t have money because the US stole the Afghan government’s funds and imposed sanctions.
The result of this has been the worst famine in the world during the period between shortly after the withdrawal and shortly after Oct 7. OP believes that this is liberating for afghan women because they think the Taliban need money to oppress women or something.
Before the Americans left, the Afghan people lived in terror of the Taliban, Kabul and its warlords, and the Americans.

Between deserting and surrendering is sneaking across miles of territory, through the front lines, in hopes that the other side accepts your surrender and puts you in a POW camp instead of droning the guy in an enemy uniform sneaking towards their position.
We’ve seen plenty of videos of both sides droning people trying to surrender.
That’s not really how wars work in the 2020s. There’s no opportunity to surrender when you get droned in a truck miles away from the front lines or hit by a glide-bomb in your barracks hundreds of miles from the front. We saw the same thing in the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
Oh good, more Russian orphans than Ukrainian orphans were created. That makes this all worthwhile.

Journalists pay defectors for stories. No effort is made to verify anything they say. This practice is considered wildly unethical in any other context. They’re not credible. But just the content should be enough, do you really think North Koreans pull trains from city to city? That the children eat rats who eat children? That they build fake towns with fake schools, presumably the fields are tended by fake farmers?
It’s perfectly possible for both the US and NK to be in the wrong.
So why aren’t you asking why the US is allowed to participate when they commit far worse atrocities?

And a bunch of other photos showing the battle that took place in the surrounding streets, with cops that had been lynched and burned and protesters gunned down.
The evidence disproves the western narrative of tanks machine-gunning protesters inside the square, then liquefying bodies, that were then burnt and washed down the drain (and getting stopped by Tank Man on the way out).
That’s not to say the Chinese claims should be taken at face value, but nothing I’ve seen contradicts their claim of 300 dead and several thousand wounded.
