Damn, those are not rookie numbers!

Now that sounds like the job for an extension, since for most users “stfu and always apply the fix” would be the preferred option.
How about, if you want a broken version of Firefox, you compile it yourself, rather than let everyone else suffer?
Like, the vast majority of browser users don’t even know what an extension is, let alone install one.
I like the thought, but I can’t imagine that most people will enjoy getting even more popups when they load up a site, especially when they come from the browser itself.
Just take a look at OP here. If they responds this way to settings that are there for their actual benefit - just imagine how much they’ll like those popups.
Awww, it learned to write a word without understanding what it means.
Oh. Ok.
Why?
For me it just gives an error post0 failed to load
.
Edit: that’s probably my lemmy client trying to approach this blog as though it were a lemmy instance 🤦♂️
It’s unused, you can go ahead and kill it.
Truly the brightest timeline.
With these kind of titles, I hope you will, and know you won’t.
Yeah. My guess is that for every meticulously hand crafted ui, there’s 10 that just go with the default. If a user wants an icon pack where🤘means home, they’ll be perfectly fine with navigating your application.
Developers can always include an option to disable styling if that would severely break the ui. But personally, I’d rather use a application that looks roughly like every other one in the system, than one that’s so specifically designed that it doesn’t.
Besides it’s usefulness as an adblocker, I like how it allows you to disable javascript for a site with just 2 clicks. Closing a newsletter popup works for a visit, but no javascript works forever.
Since you really should be creating a backup of the data before doing such a conversion in the first place, the best (not necessarily the fastest, but definitely the safest) way would be to copy the data to another medium, and copy it back when the space has been formatted.
I couldn’t watch more than a few moments either because, as someone else mentioned, I prefer to take this kind of content in text form. Having said that…
Because he is obnoxious and so sure of his bad takes as if they’re fact, as opposed to shit opinions.
I got a chuckle out of the irony here.
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/224751/en-us/ here’s the release notes, it includes the list of supported products.
As someone who uses Linux as a daily driver for both work and home, I have this very easy trick on making Linux more popular:
I don’t.
I bought one last year, and even though I was hesitant because of its age, it can handle all the content I throw at it (4k 10 bit hdr h265, etc). As for the the ads, I solved that by installing a third party launcher.
The only issue I have with this setup is that I haven’t found a good replacement for YouTube yet. A revanced for android TV would be amazing.
From the title, I was afraid this was going to be another backdoor.
It sucks that it overshadows the actual news.
On the plus side, this post serves as a wonderful tool to clean up some garbage users/servers.
