A local business has any vehicle that does this towed by his cousins tow company. That company is 3 towns over about 50 miles. Guy has signs everywhere that warns anyone doing it. He still gets one or two a week.

They are Domestic Short hair, which basically means Mutt Short Hair Cat. They are a very common breed.

No, we are not 100% sure, but we think he might be a Ragdoll, though dark furred versions are not officially recognized as Ragdolls for some reason.

Yeah, good advice for sure. I did in both bathrooms when we first moved in. I have a list of things I do for every new place I move into. Most of it should be done by the owner, but I know from experience, most don’t care or think of it.

I had to rewire my desk when he started sleeping back there. And I added the blanket just to make sure he was comfy.

I personally use Bluestacks, and have never had any issues. The ads can be annoying, but once loaded they don’t bother me.
