adding extensions would alter the fingerprint - removing the ability to blend in with the herd which is the whole goal of mullvad browser.
Sounds like librewolf is for you!
not just its origin, but the trackers embedded within:

For the OS: Debian
Hardware: a modern thinkpad
Debian stable + Flatpak
Agreed.
For any (k)ubuntu refugees, do as I did and switch to Debian!
Exactly the same issue with me, I bought it on Good Old Games when I used to run windows as I love the premise of GOG, a similar ethos to Linux of actually owning software - but steam proton is just infinitely more practical.
Have a look at Linux mint: Debian edition (LMDE)
On the “meta” user profile yes, blocking trackers is more important than hiding my IP for that user profile
Plain ol Debian
I use GrapheneOS, I run Instagram in a seperate user profile within its own storage scope alongside an app called “Tracker Control” and block most trackers that way.
for what its worth, I have a hybrid setup and use; https://github.com/bayasdev/envycontrol
So this sent me down a rabbithole.
I can’t answer about exporting data but having just done some research the 2 best options I have found for a privacy focused solution (open source) are either:
Bangle JS https://banglejs.com/
PineTime https://www.pine64.org/pinetime/
For me the bangle seems superior - I’m tempted to get one!
Has to be organic maps.
I was a big supporter of OSM+ but its just too buggy to be reliable - My last trip it constantly said “keep left” when driving ( a topography bug apparently) And it has got the wrong route too many times.
Unfortunately organic maps relies on your phones TTS for voice navigation - and I can’t seem to get that working with grapheneOS (even third party TTS)
Its not aimed at sharing or peer to peer so I might be missing the mark - but have you looked at https://crypt.ee ?
Debian Stable + flatpaks. If I were to install it again, I would probably use spiral Linux.
I’ve moved to cachyOS, I’ve been getting into running local AI, and they offer an optional prebuilt SDK.
(with Debian I would have to install CUDA myself, which would cause issues on kernel updates)
