Some people even suggest typing a longer password over a simpler one with more special characters. It’s harder to brute force.

The biggest enabler of these are those bundles you get with cable / Internet providers. Do yourself a favor and buy these individually if at all so you can stop the subscriptions at any time without worries.
Although joking, I do tend to assume that people who say SSD refer to the traditional SATA SSD drives and not M.2.
I actually only installed M.2 a few years back when I went serious on my PC. I’m aware of the issues, although it’s still running good. I wonder how long it will last. I still have a few IDE drives, and some no longer can be read. Not because they’ve lost the data, but it just doesn’t spin up correctly. It will be interesting to see how it works out, at the moment I’m keeping an eye out on the health using CrystalDiskInfo. There’s certainly been cases of M.2 sticks with shitty firmware, but so far I seem to have avoided them. I’m also trying out a RAIDed M.2 mini NAS, it will be fun to see how that works out compared to the traditional NAS.
Core i9 - Well there’s your problem.
No NVMe M.2s? What a noob! HDDs in this day and age!?!? Would you like a floppy disk with that?
4 slots of RAM? What is this, children’s playtime hour? You are only supposed to have 2 slots of RAM installed for optimum overclocking.
Does the dude even 8K 300fps ray trace antialias his YouTube videos!?!? I bet he caps out his Chrome tabs below a thousand.

It’s funny to see the different types of ideological bubbles on display. They really believe this.

This won’t change as long as property ownership and property renting is unified. There’s just to much of a business incentive from renting, even if it takes decades to make it back. Worst that can happen is that it can sell it back to a market that criminalizes homelessness instead of treating it or its causes.

JS is like a disease where it does not need to be. I would honestly welcome an Internet alternative that was all web 1.0 (with up-to-date security updates and methods). There’s good uses for it in interactive websites that provide cloud services, but most of it is fud and breaks the whole notion of HTTP GET URLs you can just share and cache.

Thank you for deciding what was better for us, we would have been so wrong without you. /s

It probably depends on your account. If they don’t think you are trying to game their system and you are a deep pocket consumer, they probably won’t put up too much of a fight, they’d rather keep you hooked.

Wait, so you got charged a year later after returning it? They only issue refunds when it has been sent back, so they are charging you for their own inventory mismanagement, or worse.

This always ends up being the ending of any such sites. All you have to search for is “Glassdoor” and “sued” to see why.
I gave my pet vegetables, and he went on to become a communist. /exit

It doesn’t surprise me. I live in a “first past the post” country that forces a two-party system and penalizes voting your conscience unless it aligns with one of those parties. While there may be flaws in Ranked Choice Voting that could emerge in fringe cases, it is so obviously superior to our current system that it is hard for me to worry about the nuance of how it might not be 100% perfect 100% all of the time. Any (democratic) system is better than what we have now, even if it involves come bot casually stealing comments. 🙃

I got one of these emails. It isn’t even MFA, nothing to reply with the code to. It doesn’t even say which Microsoft account, it sent it to my GMail recovery account. It’s so utterly bad not being able to trace the attempt to its source. It’s sus that I’m not the only one to have recently experienced this out of nowhere. Maybe it’s an attempt to farm valid Microsoft emails from the way this service behaves?
The trick is not to kill them yourself, but have factories and animal farms do it while deluding yourself into believing that there is a humane way to killing a living being when the reality is there are only less painful ways. Also, from the other side of the aisle, the trick is to delude yourself into thinking that animals would have any problems eating and preying on you. If cattle had no place in human society, their numbers would significantly decrease. What does that say about human societies with large socioeconomic disparity who are treated by cattle by the rich as they get increasingly automated?
There’s no point to this comment, it has been released into the wild so that it may be free.

Textbooks that are good references are great. Textbooks that are just another class and withhold the answers are garbage.

Shouldn’t they just beg Bethesda to incorporate the script extenders directly into the new releases or the script extender devs to update?
These assholes are prepping up with a cloud service with a name change like that.
