Ame’s done so much for not just Hololive but VTubers as a whole and she will be missed greatly. Although it does say she will remain an affiliate of Hololive, I think a remember a clip ages ago saying about her joining as a staff member after she finished her activities so maybe that is what has happened?

It doesn’t say graduation or termination though so somethings definitely different about this.

There’s also the fact that I’ve seen others, and myself have experienced, not spending as much time on Lemmy as compared to Reddit so I don’t usually see new posts till a few hours later.

And even if the post is seen, 1.2k subs is not a lot. The subreddit has 1 million members, yet not every post that got traction even reached 10k upvotes, that’s 1% of all members.

1% of this community is about 12, so I’m not surprised to see low upvote counts.

This is just personal preference, but I personally only upvote art posts if the art is really high quality or posted by the original creator, but that’s just me.

Also karma doesn’t exist here anymore, you shouldn’t care about upvotes

I think someone mentioned before that Cover only covers travel expenses for certain events, like fes but if they want to go to the studio for their own 3D live or something then the talent has to pay for it

I will say, it was better on Cover’s part to let the other talents know in advance rather than them finding out when we do, it gives them a bit of time to prepare for when the announcement does come out

That’s what I’m thinking it is, they can’t just ignore it as they need to show that they have 0 tolerance for breaching their contract, but they don’t actually want to terminate her

I’m always suprised that she’s the 2nd highest sub count, based on the amount of clips I see it seems like it should be Pekora, Suisei or Fubuki. But whatever she’s doing it’s clearly working for her.

I wonder if she’ll ever overtake Gura, based on SocialBlade she’ll overtake her near the end of next year but things can always change, especially since Gura’s growth is slowed at the moment due to a lack of activity
