I’m not following on why manager roles are different from traditional companies.

The book keeping? You mean splitting the profit? Why wouldn’t you assume everyone has a % stake?

Hate to say I popped over to Reddit at one point this morning (because I need plant help) and was only half surprised to see the same memes as I did here.

Nor have you heard their regrets about ever having lived!

Worse, if you try to minimize sleep to maximize your day then your body and mind suffer.

Though there are some natural “short sleepers” that can get a full night in 5 hours. That’s definitely not me!

Directly seizing I don’t think would end well. I think it’s one of the short comings of communism.

Encouraging employee owned companies is where it’s at. But to be honest I’m not sure how you would incentivize that.
