KeePass. Hands down the most secure one if you set it up right
I use Open Street Maps. There are multiple clients available, but the one I use is called OSMAnd+. It pretty much works just as well as Google Maps in my experience.
Better yet, have a de-Google’d phone and don’t connect it to the car. Don’t see why it is “better” not to have one at all.
