Yah we have one TV in our house and it has a RPI5 on it with a SSD and a keyboard with a trackpad in it… it’s the perfect machine to watch everything ever with an awesome interface.

Daaaamn I upgraded my iPhone XS Max last year, I had it for over five years and my battery health was like 87%. I used it all day every day, but never used any type of fast charging. It lasted about nine hours of use when I upgraded. I think I got lucky.

My partner got a chicken salad from a local co-op we love, but into a chicken piece, and it was pink and shiny on the inside. They brought it back and showed a clerk who was MORTIFIED. My partner wasn’t mad or anything, just a little worried about getting sick (which didn’t happen, thankfully!) and the co-op immediately took all of their chicken salad packs and threw them away. We didn’t even ask for a refund but we got a refund anyway.

Thank you for the info! She’s being sunset for an air eventually here. Original battery, turns out she’s only got about 26 cycles—I thought her to bring to LAN parties with W7 as a dual boot and her video card kicked ass for that! Kept her plugged in all the time. Battery looks perfect, and on full brightness she gets through 1.75 playthroughs of Beetlejuice.

No rattles, always had a cooling mat with fans under her while I was playing games. Fans are all doing great!

I did replace the optical drive with an SSD and maxed out the RAM, so that helps. My only complaint is USB2 is hella slow.

Absolutely! Sorry I don’t have more advice. Definitely check out opensignups at the bad site now, and check it often. IPT has a bad rep but it has a ton of movies and shows and games and whatnot if you can get in.

Yeah use your iMac. Use a VPN. Top VPNs all should work on your iMac. Proton and Mullvad are the top recommended.

You’ll need to find more sites. Pirate Bay is huge, and 1337x is big. Private trackers are the best. You’ll need to wait for an open signup or interview to get started. You’ll need to watch the opensignups subreddit on the R*dot site for signups, unfortunately. Ignore all of these unhelpful bitches who tell you you can’t do it with what you have. You’ll just want to use your iMac for easiest downloading.
