  • Was anybody under the impression that it wasn’t just account harvesting? It’s been that way for years. All of the default subs have been that way for a long time. The biggest clue is when you see the same post on multiple different subs at the same time. Just have your bot swarm upvote posts so that they take off under hot and you’re good.

  • The Eustachian tube goes between the middle ear and back of the throat and is there to equalize the air pressure in your middle ear. When you yawn or swallow it opens. That’s why yawning pops your ears when you’re in an airplane. Often children’s Eustachian tubes so not develope and they have chronic issues with fluid in the middle ear that can’t drain, so they will have “tubes” installed in their eardrum which allows fluid to drain out of the middle ear into the ear canal.

I currently haven’t been able to hear for 3 weeks because of trapped fluid due to some kind of sinus issue. The problem is that the snot gets thicker as it sits in there so it won’t drain out. Hopefully it resolves on it’s own, but I may have to have my eardrum sliced open and have it sucked out.

  • They’ve been doing that for a long time too. I worked at a Chevy dealership circa 2009 and did dealer installed backup cameras on Silverado and remote start systems on Camero. The Camero was just new key fob and reprograming. The Silverado was a new tailgate handle and wiring, if it didn’t have an infotainment system then it got a new rear view mirror.

On my Ford I was able to use a program called Forscan and activate remote entry that didn’t come from the factory even though the receiver was already included.

Even my 1998 car had wiring in place for features that it didn’t come with because it was cheaper to make one harness for all models instead of different harnesses for different options.

  • It’s micromanaging. They don’t know how to lead properly. When I went through McDonald’s shift manager training they taught the concept of letting your workers do their job, so you could do yours. They literally said to work with your hands in your pockets so that you wouldn’t be tempted to take over and get distracted by going back to what you used to do. A Managers job is to provide their team with whatever they need to do their job effectively. A baseball coach wouldn’t go out on the field and bat or play the outfield.

That manager probably started off doing the job you were doing and got promoted by kissing ass or being a toxic worker and therefore causing everyone else to leave/ perform lower because they were avoiding that person.
