People aren’t watching what they put out. Their sustainment is heavily reliant on their parks. They destroyed Marvel and Star Wars chasing something other than what the respective core demographic wanted. This is clearly majorly impacting them or else:

So what you’re saying is good content is good because it appeals to the audience and we are now purposefully not appealing to the vast, overwhelming majority of human beings which is why Disney and other companies that chase that temporary trend are failing in droves.

Fashion is manipulating but some shit is just plain ugggff

High waisted jeans are some of the most hideously unflattering clothing I’ve ever fucking seen. It’s an instant cringe whenever I see some poor soul wearing them. I get everyone wants to follow fashion, but some fashion is just straight up ugly whether it’s in or out.

Tech is becoming aids. I miss the day you had an aux cable and a USB cable and that’s all the fuck you needed.

I’ve had the Fold 2 for about 3 years now and it works like a charm. No issues with battery or folding issues. I would never go back to a non-folding phone.

I’m a simple man, I see actual accomplishments of mankind being mentioned and I upvote.

Line go up is for smooth brained animals.

I thrive in working from home environments. I put headphones on which makes me feel “locked in” to my work. I never had that benefit at work where people would constantly be asking me irrelevant questions or just striking up conversation.

I also would be in a very, very sour mood and tired because traveling to work ruined my personality before I even get there, plus I would end up stealing hours from sleep to make up for the loss, which would make me exhausted.

All in all, the ability to work from home is a natural progression of the benefits technology provides. It is foolish to push back against it. The benefits are so obvious.

Reddit has been overtly censoring posts for a long, long time now. It’s no surprise whatsoever. The platform is basically just ads and bots at this point, very similar to Facebook.

That’s what I’m saying. We’ve been barely skirting by but it’s been doable. Once student loans kick in, that’s the spark going from embers to an inferno.
