Is there a reason you don’t want the files organized? Id suggest using radarr or something else to organize them first.
As an alternative to kodi, jellyfin is great.

i host a funkwhale pod and load content to it off qobuz and deezer.
I think the idea here is that you are running your own discord, and only people with modded clients can use it because its not approved by discord.
is there any sort of way to have the chat logs be public and searchable? the worst thing about discord being a walled garden is that all the info on it can only be accessed by a discord client.
its the same as Debian. Personally I would not recommend Debian or LMDE if you intend to use proprietary drivers but if you have to you can follow the Debian wiki for a guide.
What you describe doesnt really make sense so ill suggest what i think you really want;
You want your vps to be the wireguard server, the local PC connects as a client this “proxies” your connection so torrent swarms see the IP of your vps.
If you want port forwarding it gets a bit complicated because you need to forward the vps port over wireguard, but this is optional so you dont have to worry if you can’t figure it out.
Caddy doesn’t really seem relevant unless you want to have a domain name that forwards to your home network.
Pixel is the best option, you dont need root these days for anything good, you can still root if you really want to but it defeats a lot of security that you’d otherwise have and for what gain?
I don’t think any other phones would have a larger modding scene then Pixels either.
you need to get a different device. As others suggested a watch is your best bet but dont expect those options to respect your privacy any more or less than google.
I haven’t needed to root a device in a while but its fairly straight forward.
The first step is to unlock your bootloader, do this by enabling developer menu (click on rom version in system settings 6 times fast) and then select to disable the booloader lock. if you cant do that then you probably cant root the device.
if you can get that far, the next step is to find a recovery for your device, youll want to boot it using fastboot and load the recovery image, that will allow you to flash SuperSU.
If you need more specific instructions Id need more info on where you get stuck (I’m just going of memory with this reply) but I know windows has some drivers that you need to install for adb to work and there might be other nuances I’m not remembering off hand
I’d also advise when searching for stuff like this, its better to avoid saying the device name unless you are limiting results to XDA or other well known android development sites.
I downloaded that 200gb leak from national public data the other day, maybe not the biggest total but certainly the largest single text file ive ever messed with
I never buy new phones but I am excited to see used pixel 8s get cheaper!
I dont ever recall giving portainer my real email.
Funkwhale is still actively maintained, the last release was less than a year ago.
