People aren’t buying as many phones as they used to, and the Chinese are making cheaper foldables now.
Have you tried changing the browser user agent?
Does it help?
Obviously you never heard of Revanced. Search it online and get to know how to patch one. You will thank me.
The fastest Google product kill right there.
Could have been a great Dex alternative.
It’s not a google thing specifically to be honest. Tapping into phones happened way before android was a thing.
Smartphones, both android and iOS, just make it easier for them to tap.
The playstore is just flooded with garbage apps.
Once my apps are installed, the play store is only there for updates. Searching for new apps on the store is just rubbish.
I’m not sure but does unobtanium work for you?
Yep. Same thing here. I got an update and the dark mode has changed in looks as well. I feel the green colour needs to be toned down a bit tbh.
I used both Touchwiz and One UI. Touchwiz came with a lot of bells and whistles, wasn’t optimised, and generally ran on old phones that had limited power compared to phones nowadays.
Current One UI phones feel snappy to be honest. Also, compared to pixel phones these days, pixel phones to be less customisable out of the box with a lot of big bulky widgets, and UI wasted space. I prefer Samsung’s implementation on android where it follows a more traditional UX.
Sync is good, but I’m not sure if it’s discontinued. If it is, that would be a shame.
This app alone (along with boost) helped seamlessly shift a lot of user to lemmy.
Getting ready not to get sued by the EU huh.
I would think May would try their best to shift you to edge instead.
Switch that user agent and see.
Have you tried changing the user agent to chrome to see if it works for you?
Graphene os is an option to use. But keep in mind that it only works on pixel phones.
It’s a bit weird. Samsung’s UI nowadays is actually more compressed than stock android.
That app is really old and not updated anymore. So would suggest finding another keyboard.
But if you really need to run it, then it feels that your tablet OS was updated. Google usually works on updating the target SDK regularly.
One way to try is to use an app called Install With Options. It should allow you to install older apps. Once installed, you will need to toggle the Bypass Target SDK option.
However, Install With Options requires Shizuku to be installed and running as well. So you may need to look around for tutorials on how to do that.
Everything has to be larger, wasted space is everywhere.
What a shitty trend.
Basically they don’t want you to turn your phone into a mobile router.
You can add a screenshot button to the top bar.
