Happy to see Meta booted from the industry, but I’m a bit concerned about Google no longer indexing news articles here…

Yup, just get SE. Mods need to be updated to work with the Anniversary Edition, and a lot of authors haven’t done that yet. You’ll need to downgrade SE, but there’s an easy tool to do just that.
If you wanted to buy Special Edition for Steam, GMG (key seller with great reputation) has it on sale for roughly US$9.
I’d recommend the Steam version. But don’t bother with AE; Special Edition has better mod support.
Great idea, but there’s too many empty and unused communities cluttering the front page.
Security by obscurity doesn’t work. AMD knows this well, and wants to have more eyes scrutinizing the firmware.
Ooo, I’ll download it now and make a new character. I’d missed out on Return to Drangleic for DS2. 😔
Right? They have a sister project too called Skywind, a remake of Morrowind—which just recently turned 21 years old!
We’re probably going to see Skyblivion and Skywind release before TES6…
Jerboa is very limited unfortunately. I would recommend using the website to change your settings.
And then there’s those rare moments when you get a crit so devastating for the enemy team, you almost feel bad for them. 🤣
The technology is still in its infancy, but we’re definitely going to see more interactive, realistic characters. Just look at this example of a game with ChatGPT integration.
On that same note, we’ll probably see studios pay for vocal models and use them to expand the number of voice-acted characters.
Random crits. Fair and balanced.
OpenMW is basically the gold standard if you want to play Morrowind in 2023. Can’t say I’m not looking forward to Skywind though—the newer engine and assets are insane.
My personal favourite engine remake is OpenRCT2. Rollar Coaster Tycoon still holds a special place in my heart even with all the newer titles. Multiplayer alone is a literal game-changer.
What kind of setup do you have? There’s a few issues you may come across with an Nvidia GPU, but it’s largely smooth sailing for everyone else with their Mesa drivers.
100%! Dark Souls is challenging but incredibly rewarding. They reward pattern recognition and give you a ton of build options. If you’ve ever played Elden Ring, you’ll probably enjoy the third game, too. 😄
All of the titles work well on Steam Deck too, with gold or platinum rankings on ProtonDB.
Check out the movie Pirates of Silicon Valley.
