Biology can do far crazier things than color most of the extremities a different color… This is absolutely nowhere near enough uniformity or weirdness to declare it, “AI” … and I fucking hate “AI”.

I’m not aware of a mechanism that could produce this colour in cats. I’m not saying it is AI, I’m asking what a mechanism may cause it.
