I don’t understand. If a mod from memes.world bans me from a meme community, I can still comment on memes.world from another instance? Or are you saying just go to another community on another instance that has the same kind of content? Because if it’s the latter then Lemmy’s userbase number problem comes into play. Even popular subjects only have like one or two big communities.

Hmm, I’ll check it out, but my field passes around Word files quite often. Might be a tough sale if the user can’t find a workaround. Still, can’t be mad at free software.

You mean introduce some level of automation? Because I already manually name the files according to keywords
This isn’t exactly an answer, but ReNamer is a free tool that allows you to name batches of files. It’s a pretty versatile tool that lets you do multiple things to the filename of different media types.
This is why I name literally everything I save according to words I would use to search it.
