I use Plex (Plexamp) and I can not complain. I don’t really access via the web browser however, I use the app for dedicated music playback.
Didn’t remedy just partner or start with them for the next control/alan wake game… Rip
I know for me I had to give Plex the local IPs to force local streaming because it would try to stream remote even on local network.
I tell you what… I have so many alarms going off in the morning this week lmao
Thanks I will also give this a try.
Thanks this is exactly what I was looking for. I can set to shuffly many local longs. I don’t think I can. Solve a captcha when I wake up however lmao
That would seem to solve this and some other cool things.
No idea who this is but actually a great video.
I believe so yes (tbh forgot it was a thing) but for example my smart TV does not have a steam link app available for some reason (LGC3) and I would definitely stream to it given the chance. Not sure why the steam app is not available.
Actually a steam tv stick would go crazy never thought of that. Extreme low latency PC streaming to tv.
could be wrong but I think that’s the problem. I was always told do windows first so if you remove the windows drive you don’t really have a windows drive anymore so the install is wrong/buggy or whatever. Keep both drives in and do windows then linux
When you say removed drive do you mean physically took it out of the PC. I have no idea why that would matter but I never did that step. All I did to dual boot mint & win 11 was put in an extra SSD and put mint on it. Now when ever I boot I can choose mint or windows before anything.
I think it will be a long time of ever I will remove my windows boot. I love gaming on Linux but until games “support” Linux it won’t be my only boot device.
Yup just got it it works now :) thanks again.
Oh great thanks for letting me know. I checked about two days ago.
For me I can’t go back to the normal YouTube client. I use freetube on pc and tubular on mobile (EDIT 2: both tubular and newpipe work on mobile now). My biggest thing I love is not getting recommendations from YouTube. I have it set to only pull people I am subscribed to. This has saved me so much time from just scrolling and being like “I could watch that”. Not exactly privacy related but it has saved me countless hours watching something.
After reading this thread I hope this is true I have had 2 laptops plugged in one for like 5 years non stop (this one I deactivated the battery in BIOS it’s old) and the other for about a year…
Late to this just found an article about it but hope this actually sells well I miss my headphones jack :(
They have said there first release is this Friday. So I would expect it all to be updated then
